I will never fathom why homes with nicely updated kitchens like house 2 have the refrigerator 3 rooms away😵‍💫. How does that even make sense?

The 1st house was beautiful, everything and more, curb appeal, all on one floor for easy access, beautiful garden with fruit trees, 3 spacious bedrooms, separate office, loft space full of potential, beautiful kitchen and very cheap, significantly below budget
