Ответитьsounds like booty jigiie. btw this is so good, however i dont like it eating with people cuz they never shut up how stinky it is
ОтветитьI just know this taste sssoooo good.
ОтветитьHey those sausages are not little🙄 if anything I’d say they’re pretty average size…. With probably great PERSONALITY
ОтветитьCan you but any meat in there
ОтветитьI figured out you can skip dashi and just mash a can of sardines into the broth. More nutritious and same effect (but some nice Konbu helps).
ОтветитьLooks delicious 😋
ОтветитьI literally have no spice tolerance, BUT IT LOOKS SO GOOD
ОтветитьThis is like…a 3 hour meal for me. Between forgetting what I’m doing and the constant loading wheel that is my brain…I’m slowly learning to triple the time I think things should take 🥲
ОтветитьThere are many versions of the Budae Jjigae origin story. Some say Korean civilian contractors working with Americans had access to spam and beans and would bring them home. Other versions say the starving locals would go dumpster diving for scraps. And the least popular version is that actually it was the American GIs who took their own food supply and invented a fusion soup using local Korean ingredients like pepper paste/flakes, garlic, etc.
ОтветитьMy arteries closing in.
ОтветитьWhat kind of pot is that
ОтветитьWhat kind of pot is this?)
And can I use it on electric stove or it requires fire?
I love the fact you use the theme from Ratatouille, it's so nostalgic
ОтветитьI don't know half of the shit bro is putting in
Ответитьman you're getting a korean man's mouth watery😂
ОтветитьNo mirin
ОтветитьThanks for the idea
Ответитьnever skip baked beans❤
ОтветитьHow u do the broth
ОтветитьCould you please show what kind of product you use and the amount of ingredients pls?
ОтветитьMy favorite dish 🫶🫶
ОтветитьWhich kinds of mushrooms did you use?
ОтветитьI made this minus the Spam.
ОтветитьMy American granddad used to make this, with some substitutions and lack of baked beans for years. He came back from the Korean War after fighting on the front lines in the Marines. He would make it every so often if grandma couldn't cook. Sometimes he would throw in leftover baked potatoes from the previous night. Man that was leveling up the game!
ОтветитьSounds great. If it isn't spicy I want to try it.
Ответитьadd thin slices of fatty pork belly :) my fav topping
ОтветитьI love one pot meals.
ОтветитьIt’s SOOO good, but it took me like an hour😂
ОтветитьI refuse to use American cheese, I'll substitute it with good ol cheddar, but everything else looked solid 👌🤌
ОтветитьSo satisfying to realise how everything connects with each other! (I laughed so hard at the 'everyone is everyone!!!' part😂)
