Living in Cypress vs Katy - Location and Mobility

Cy-Fair School district is not desirable and the district went bankrupted a couple of years back. Also, this district supports a year round school year. Katy schools are ranked higher. I would recommend Katy over Cy-Fair. Also, 290 is horrible!! Very scary to drive, many curves, tight lanes, uneven pavement and three lanes narrow to two in many areas. I-10 in Katy has already been expanded. The expansion is wonderful - MUCH safer drive!

Cypress houses are bigger and cheaper.
