How to learn tuvan throat singing? What is chylandyk?

I really love throat singing. I remember when I first time trying. It is the same as what you did. I thought it was a wrong style but fortunately you teach us that is Chylandyk style...

I learned Kaygyraa from my father, but Sygyt very difficult for us. How can we sing like that? Loves from Turkey to our brother Tuva. 💖💖💖

The fuck!? I'm trying to practice like death metal vocal tenchniques and many of them are referred as some sort of throat singing with fry or straight up powering noise through your throat. Then there's this guy ( and bunch of Mongols I suppose) that do (to my knowledge) exactly the same thing, but in constant frequence. that many sources in metal scene say is impossible... So what the fuck?! Where can I learn to do this shit? It's fucking awesome!

An even easier way to do this is to perform sygyt. Then, imagine that you are using warm, fast air out your mouth when doing so.
