$150 would be on the Low side for a John Deere 😂
ОтветитьI wish you covered more small tractors! Or knew a channel that did if you had no interest, trying to learn more and I appreciate your teaching style
ОтветитьThank you, keep working.
ОтветитьDo it yourself colonoscopy!😮
ОтветитьI would think a pole saw would have a bigger engine than a weedeater!
ОтветитьI hate 4 cycle trimmers
ОтветитьYou might think this is insane but when I get that disc twinge? I do these leg lifts while on my stomach, and raise my arms and legs as high off the floor as far as I can. It hurts like hell at first and then as I do them the pain goes away. The first few you'll notice your hands and feet won't even leave the floor, but eventually you'll get full range of motion. Doing them every day for maybe 3 reps of 10 each and you'll never get that again. They're called superman stretches. I don't wait a couple days to get back into it, I'm good after the first time I do them. No kidding. I've gone from writhing on the floor to back to work in 10 minutes. I haven't had one in so long now I don't even remember the last time. No drugs, no time off.
Ответитьanother fun one
ОтветитьI've had the "pleasure" of diagnosing one of those, first time I had ever seen this system. One other notorious point of failure is the PLASTIC camshaft, which will be mangled when the valves need adjustment. Another 6$ or so part, will save you a lot of trouble to just replace while it is opened up
ОтветитьLove the Vette and the '68 Cougar ... Hope to see you restore that Cougar.. those were cool vehicles!!
ОтветитьI bought a four mix that looked like that. Had a lot of the same symptoms yours had. Did a total teardown, clean, grease, and replaced some parts. Runs great now!
ОтветитьHope your back is better.
ОтветитьWonder.if 3d.printing a cover and beaked latch would make the fuel bib cover easier to come off
ОтветитьHope your back is better. I hate that feeling.
ОтветитьI use sealed bearings as a replacement. Never ever have to maintenance again!
ОтветитьI have a Craftsman WS2200. Just recently stopped restarting after getting hot. Changed the air filter, carb and fuel filter. Still having issue. Any recommendations.
ОтветитьHi Bre, was that a 4 stroke trimmer that u set valves on, thxs
ОтветитьTHANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO
ОтветитьEverytime I see equipment like this my OCD goes insane!!! 😅 can't take it
ОтветитьThere seems to be a scam going on in Facebook. On you account
ОтветитьBre you help me re-remember how to do things-much appreciated!
ОтветитьGreat fix, i have 2 questions though. 1. Why didn't you give it a wash? 2. what juice do you use in your ultrasonic cleaner? i have one but haven't been able to find a cleaning solution that works/cost a fortune, or is that a trade secret? Top notch video as usual thanks for posting.
ОтветитьHelp me out here. This machine takes mixed fuel. Correct? There's no oil filled crankcase. Correct? That usually means its a two stroke engine. Correct? Why does this engine have a compression stroke and a exhaust stroke? Why does it have valves? That's neither two stroke nor four stroke.
ОтветитьI was hoping to see you fix the pole part too but just to get the engine running again is good. I'm not particularly fond of the design of the 4mix engine and I think the Shindaiwa hybrid4 design makes more sense since the fuel air mix actually goes up into the head and through the intake valve. I am more of a Honda mini 4 stroke design fan as those engines are incredibly smooth, easy to start and use. My Honda trimmer, unfortunately is out of commission currently as it needs some work on the fuel system like replacement lines and grommet, a potential carb kit and a new primer bulb. The machine is 18 years old and first belonged to my Uncle who has since passed away.
ОтветитьWhat is the round gizmo with a bb in the center, on the little tube? And…….. the turning must have been interesting 😮
ОтветитьAny idea how to repair a stripped zerk fitting hole on a lawnmower tire?
ОтветитьStihl doesn't hold up like echo
ОтветитьHow I relieve pain and stiffness in my damaged spinal joint/s, shoulder joint, knee/elbow joint, neck, ankle, and wrist, or hand bones. MAIN AT-HOME METHODS: Epsom salt baths & heating pads.
I use about 4 pounds of epsom salt for my 250 pounds of pain & stiffness as I soak in the bathtub with it for 2 hours or longer. This will draw out a lot of pain in fluid transdermally. The electrolyte loss is replaced by drinking about 1/2 liter of store brand petyalite. Once or twice per month. Bath can be used twice if you add a cup of lipstereme mouth wash to the bath mixture.
HEATING PAD/BLANKET method: Lay heat pad on bed, put a half folded bath towel on it, lay on top of that, turn it up all the way overnight and sleep on it as hot as you can stand it. By the time you get up in the morning your aches and pain will be cooked off with your much increased blood supply! But you need to apply this routinely till the pain has been cured. That can be over a week.
Use OTC anti-inflammatory meds, too. I like 600mg Ibugprotene.
Use postural methods, too, if needed. They work extremely well. A 10 minute fetal curl against a wall once cured my lumbar for over a year!!!
Good luck!
Can you reach under the grommet in the tank with a tool to push it upwards from its underside while you pull up on it from the outside?
ОтветитьBre you are been hacked and so am I from Facebook.some con pretending to be use.trying to get money off us.
ОтветитьAfter watching your videos, I purchased myself a sonic cleaner. One of the best investments I’ve made. Thanks
ОтветитьBiggest problem with those is the nose cone bearings freeze up, other than that they run forever
ОтветитьNot exactly on topic but I took my 038 magnum chainsaw into my local dealer for a new muffler and he said he could not get one from Stihl. I found one on ebay and Amazon. Guess I have no choice but go aftermarket.
ОтветитьWhere do you find the bushing to riding mower wheels.
ОтветитьI went back to the clutch replacement video from two yrs ago. It was interesting to see how much your presentation has changed in those two yrs. You've loosened up a lot. Nothing wrong with that, it's just obvious you've become more comfortable with the videos. Thx.
ОтветитьI love your videos! My husband found you and I'm so glad he did. Thank you. You're an inspiration.
Ответитьwill the carb rebuild kit you used work on a toro string trimmer carb?
ОтветитьIMPRESSIVE
ОтветитьI had no idea the rough starting was due to the valves needing to be adjusted. I immediately ordered a kit and wow. What an improvement! I adjust the valves on my 3 classic VWs on a regular basis so I feel like a derp for not realizing this is what my Kombi needed. Thanks so much!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI clean the grommet spray pb blaster and it pops right out when you pry.
Ответитьfor my back I use heat and cold. A heating pad then a shower, at the end of the shower I aim the shower head at my lower back and then keep adjusting the water temp until it's full cold, and I'll just stand there for 15-20 minutes.
Ответитьevery brush cutter ive had leaked more fuel out of the pipes grommet / cap than it used ...... last year i woke up turned the motor on the shaft so if the cutter head is flat on the ground the the carb intake is on top [ vertical ] if iam trimming edges the carb is normal / [ horizontal ] BINGO no more leaks
ОтветитьHey Bre. I have one of these units, but it wont extend. Any help?
Ответитьhi there in need of a rider lawn mower or push mower
ОтветитьAftermarket fuel filter aye??
ОтветитьAdj the valve clearance first so your not having to fight with high compression through the rest of your trouble shooting process.
ОтветитьSo I bought my fs 90 close to 20 yrs ago. First yr they fixed the gas cap to a regular screw an not that locking one. Still fires up 1st or 2nd pull. I've made over $200k easily. Ive cut between 10 an 40 yards a week every yr. A couple clutches 4 or 5 heads. Hands down the best weedeater ever made. Best $325 i ever spent.
ОтветитьI had 2 131’s come in last month with no top heads not working, customer wanted a warranty for it, turns out they were getting it stuck in branches and pull the head off of the cable along with bending the bar. Sorry but STIHL does not warranty operator errors.
ОтветитьGreat video Bre, thankfully my FS91 hasn't needed the valves adjusted yet.
