Coleman has mastered that start....If you watch in slow motion, Colemans first step is so close to the ground...it's phenomenal. It allows him the ability to dig faster which always gives him an edge.

Sha carri is just such an insane athlete.

Ben Johnson exploded off the blocks with both feet. It was unique and only suited him. It was so fast, Carl Lewis accused him of false starts. In the 1988 race, Calvin Smith said he was surprised to see a blur of red in front of him as soon as the gun went off.

This relationship is so perfect from a track perspective a quick starter a slow starter and weak finisher a strong finisher
