County Of Sonoma is a US sub corp located somewhere in a file on DC. There is a problem of territorial jurisdiction to consider. There is no judiciary since Lincoln.

A citizens arrest on a process server ??? WTH ?? Been in Sonoma County since 1986. Like everywhere, there is some shifty shift that goes on.
I remember when the two "honorable" judges in Pennsylvania got 17, 24 years in prison and $1 Million fine.
Seems they were taking LOTS of kickbacks for sending kids to prison illegally. Or SCOTUS. Or Aileen Cannon. Thank you SB !!!

I was kept out of the law library in Coos county Oregon. I was told it was due to construction, but then the gal was trying to talk me out of going and she said I don't know why you need in there the judges just got rid of a lot of books they thought they didn't need. They think these law libraries are for them.

It's hard to fathom the idea of lawyers getting paid by the taxpayer a half a million dollars or more to fight against the people on behalf of corrupt police departments.
I don't even live in california. I live in arizona in phoenix Arizona. Corruption is just as bad, if not worse than where you.are.

back in 96 my health make it so I was on welfare. had nothing better to do so I went to county building and found a one open to the public. I spent 6 mo in there to get welfare to give the $250 for cloths. Well I did not get it but in the end my doing this got a law suit going. When it was done the state had to not just give ppl out right this $250 but also to make it a lot more right alone with all the others moneys ppl on welfare get too and they had to put in a COLA after that.

Not just the laws but all the regs and rules too. A states laws can be found in less then 20 books. Then u have 1000's of book full of regs and rules.

1st - US bows to NO King.
