Growing up in Spanish Harlem listening to the guitar played by (her brother) Carlos Santana. Carlos mentioned at the time of the release of this song that their relationship was close but tumultuous at times growing up because she had fantasises of living her life like a movie star. But that at the time of this release she was fine, settled and that was now in her past.
