I love the light setup. Could you do a detailed how to video on how you set up all your lights?
ОтветитьGreat video! One item I would recommend is a hood mounted thin solar panel . They can be pricey but there is a 90W from Cascadia for your vehicle. It will allow you to charge your battery while parked. So, if you are running the fridge constantly, you can also charge the Goal Zero. Just use a 12V outlet that is constant power. I can swap the fuse on my cargo area outlet to work either way (ignition or battery)
ОтветитьGreat setup. Get the Warthog Bronco ✊🏽
ОтветитьHow did u. Punt the water port my clamps don’t seem to fit on the bar cus of the metal crate

ОтветитьGreat Video! What mounting system did you use for your ax/shovel?
ОтветитьAwesome!! Simple and nice set up brother! How about when you sleep condensation issues? Inside car build up moisture all around.
ОтветитьGreat video and you made me go grab a beer 🍺 😀 👍 when you found yours. Cheers!
ОтветитьThis is my first time ever watching one of Nick's video's and I literally laughed out loud multiple times🤣 and it was very informative. Appreciate the insight!
ОтветитьCame for the camping setup, stayed for the photography. Right on man!
ОтветитьI have no idea why the beers thing made me laugh so hard 😂 Just bought my first 4Runner and it came with the same rack. Great video!
ОтветитьDamnit
This video is going to cost me money
(My GOBI rack came in today❤️)
Nice setup
ОтветитьThanks for sharing bro. Great simple setup.
ОтветитьI think one of the most important things for me is if something happens to me while I am out in the wilderness taking wildlife or landscape photos. I can use this phone with a satellite SMS to get help. That’s a great feature in my opinion.
ОтветитьDo you have a truck gun?
ОтветитьWhere did you get shovel axel bracket and also the bracket for waterport.
Ответитьi thought i was the only one that gets them "HeBeGeeBeez". Some Fresh Gear, even though this video is two years old, it is still BRAND NEW to ME!!!
ОтветитьMarin layer we just call it fog.

ОтветитьDad jokes on fleek
ОтветитьShout Out from San Dimas, CA Great Show Thanks
ОтветитьKnow that the bronco may look good, but what will last and be there with you in 30 years. That Toyota will be.
ОтветитьAny chance you can give a little more detail on how those rigid boxes were attached? Looking to do something similar myself
ОтветитьHe said his a cheap guy but he will buy a an expensive worthless suspension bronco 😂 stick with the 4Runner, will def save you
ОтветитьI made sure to get a portable battery that would run my 35 quart alpicool to run for at least 2 or 3 days. I also charge on route, then use solar panels when settled down. Doing that, I could probably stretch it to a week if needed, but mostly 2 to 4 days, which is plenty.
Ecoflow delta 2 (1014 wh) and jackery 500 as backup. I do bring a backpack cooler full of ice and will fill it with soda/beer cans once there.
Nice set up. What kind of ditch/camping lights are you using? How did you set them up wirelessly? Any help on this will be appreciated. Would love to do same set up.
ОтветитьI haven't been up Saddleback since the late 80's we used to go up to the towers and watch the fireworks as disney land, it looked like a little puff from up there. It was also our party spot.
Great video, thanks for sharing
what about the roof rack mounts for your shovel and ax?
ОтветитьDon't get the bronco, their quality is best described as cheap.
ОтветитьVery interesting. I didn't think people still used acetate film. I was a studio photographer back in the '70s and '80s and bought the first advanced 4x5 Sinar P in North America. I had two Hasselblads and a Nikon 35 mm. Along with a few other cameras. However I did mostly fashion and Studio advertising photography. However these days I prefer digital. Especially since I can use stacking programs. Such as in exposure stacking, focus stacking Etc. Basically I can shoot a scene at multiple exposures, one for the sky, another for the Shadows and one or two exposures for areas in between those two latitudes. Then I can combine all multiple exposures in the program and it will select the best exposures for each of the different shots and combine them into one single photograph. We could never do that in the old days because the sky would always get Overexposed if I were exposing for a Shadows.
ОтветитьThis video was such a pleasure to watch . I’m an avid overlander but a 20 plus year commercial photographer that started my career in film and large format but have drifted from the art form in search of the almighty Dollar. So this was so refreshing and inspiring. Thank you . I might pull out my old Sinar . Btw I drive a 2015 LR4 Landy HSE HD package with the exact same roof rack .
