I think if we had more effects like C'thun with minions doing something based on their attack the moment they are played then those buffs could be not only better but also more interessting.

I think grimey goons are better than most people believe. They give you some proactive control as a midrange player, to counter removal. It also, allows you to over take zoo in value because you have cards in hand.

Finally it should breath new life into some utility minion cards that due to their stats, can't be played. Silences, inspire cards, and tech cards.

That said I don't think shaman is going anywhere, and that is without them getting any new good cards. I don't know if grimey goons anything makes tier 1 but I am happy with this new direction.

and im sure we will get an few more payoff cards for going into the buff theme cant wait to see what the faction leader will do.

Might be funny if the faction leader buff the cards in your hand and deck equal to its attack and heath but that might be to good.

I don't think you understand how Grime Street Enforcer works LOL it's like Emperor Thurissian at end of turn every turn the cards in your hand get buffed by +1/+1. How is that worse than the one time +1/+1? Just two activations probably win you the game as all your cards become OP.

I'm curious to see your rating of Don hancho, or whatever his name is. I think that he can be good, situationally, for instance having a rat pack that summons 7 1/1s when it dies can be pretty good.
