I think our staff trying to mirror the commanders offseason last year. Sign a bunch of players 1 year and 3 year deals and attack our roster during the draft. I feel this going to be one of those years no one expect us to go to the playoffs but look out we coming !

They’re basically signing guys who they “think” , keyword - think will reach their ceiling / potential and blossom into a professional as a New York Jet.

The difference between a guy like Weaver and Michael Clemons is that Weaver actually has the physical ability to do a few things even though he's not a high level player. Clemons plays angry but physically he's so mediocre. He's not strong enough to control a gap or hold an edge. He's also not explosive or flexible enough to bend an edge so Clemons is just an angry dude who can't really do anything for a defense.

I know most want Clemons gone. I like Clemons but his situational awareness is awful. I can’t get out my head against Buffalo at home I believe it was 3rd or either 4th game on the line Allen keeps the ball on a fake PA and Clemons completely overran it and didn’t have the recovery speed to catch him 💔😩

We're going into the draft with 3 gaping holes. DT, WR and OT. We might get 2 starters out of the draft to fill those needs but we're definitely not getting 3. So I think the Jets need to make a trade to get one of those needs.

Hmmm after looking at some of the moves made around the league, besides the Fields pick up, I wish we spent a majority of our funds getting our O line Super Stout!!! I don’t think we did enough. Do we have bodies on the line to clear people out so Brees, Fields, and Allen can run, do we have enough to help when someone gets hurt? What’s happening on the D line???

Also even though we have Fields tht money, I honestly still want him to compete with Taylor& Travis! We gotta see what we have with Travis! And if in rnd 2 comes and Dart is avail, DO WE ADD HIM??? I say YES!
