It's complete crap. Such a disappointment. It sounds super muddy and distorted. Vocals sound fake. Wtf were they even thinking??? I remastered some of my songs and it totally destroyed them. Sounds like an amateur mix made by someone who doesn't know what he/she is doing. I'm gonna keep using v4 until they fix it.
Ответитьsomeone get this guy 10k subscribers
ОтветитьI tried searching for your GPT on the ChatGPT store and I saw that the Suno AI v4 model is already on ChatGPT? Is this a scam or is Suno AI somehow able to host itself as a GPT? Does this mean I can use Suno AI v4 on my ChatGPT subscription?
ОтветитьGreat video, would like to buy your bundle, but I get error each time I would like to pay! Please fix... (Not fixed yet)
ОтветитьTry making metal/rock, then come tell us how great it is 🤣
Right now, Suno is only good for electronic music or chill music, but horrible when it comes to making rock/metal music as those genres and their sub genres suffer the same issue as v4.0 with extreme audio quality degradation throughout a track.
Heck, it doesn't even understand sound effect prompts and ignore most sound effect prompts right off the bat unless it manages to somehow scrub the internet and find a free one.
When they can make vocal only tracks I’ll be interested until then it’s just to robotic for any real world use
ОтветитьHi from Italy! A question----Is it possible to insert chords into the script so that Suno develops a piece of music with those chords? Thanks
Ответитьsuno always sound very artefact Ai , they never fixt that glitch, maybe its the signatuure of them of its sound wck lol Udio still the best since day one but you ave to tweek the parameter alot and generate alot to get a perfect sound BUT it sound like norml sound , not like an artfact ai weird trebel to high soung.
ОтветитьI've been using v4.5 and I really liked the improvements. The understanding of styles and prompts has evolved a lot, it gave a huge boost to my new creations. But there are still some points that urgently need attention. The backing vocals are really bad, they sound disconnected from the rest of the track and way too artificial. Overall, the vocals still have that robotic tone, especially at the end of each song, which totally breaks the immersion. And the instruments? They sound weird, mixed in a chaotic way, making it hard to even understand what’s going on in the melody. Honestly, I think a lot of people are going to criticize this. SunoAI needs to invest in a dedicated model just to improve the quality of instruments and vocals. It's way past time for that. I really hope v5.0 gets this right, because the foundation is there, now it's time to fix what matters most: the sound.
ОтветитьCan you teach me how to use the new Replace section?,
The lyrics don't match the point we're going to fix.
I am confused. When I try Suno it says v3.5. Is this some time machine weirdness?
ОтветитьSorry, I prefer to write my own lyrics and only use AI to enhance my writing. What you are doing will only give all rights to AI companies. Plus, I noticed that you never talked about the video version of 30 second "Share You."
Ответитьv4.5 allows you to get granular at Lyrical Level. And you can select Genera's then select beside Style Description AI Generate it will incorporate all the Genre's selected and give you Boarder description of Music Style..
ОтветитьYour First example is much worse then my 4.0 trys, but i let me surprise
ОтветитьLoving how Version 4.5 blends genres so seamlesslythe country hip-hop fusion example was fire! Definitely upgrading my workflow with these tips, thanks for breaking it all down.
Ответитьhi Moe what is your @ on suno please
ОтветитьHow do you keep the same music but edit just the lyrics
ОтветитьDoes the free subscription work or do we need thr paid subscription
ОтветитьMy songs were deleted automatically in Suno Ai.. This is a very sad and scary situation.. I sent an e-mail but unfortunately no one responded.. Even though I checked the trash, 4 of my songs were deleted automatically :/
ОтветитьThanks. How to make my voice make a song and as persona
ОтветитьWhilst it allows more musical freedom, i'e. It has the power to blend genres etc,the sound quality of both the vocals and instrumentals are a huge step backwards from 4.0. Anyone that can't hear that is either tone deaf or disingenuous
Ответитьthis version is crazy good!
Ответить🎧 After spending a lot of time exploring AI-generated music, I’ve noticed something interesting...
🔁 The more you listen to it, the more you start recognizing the same patterns, similar voices, and repetitive structures.
🤖 While it's impressive, it often feels a bit too predictable — almost like it's missing that human touch.
🎶 That’s just my perspective, especially after experimenting with it extensively. There's definitely a point where you start craving real human input in the creative process.
It is definitely impressive. I used to write previously, just its and bits, never really thought of turning them into a song. But when I found Suno, my life has all changed. It has helped my creativity go to the next level (no doubt I'm still learning).
I now write a little better than before. A few of my songs have turned out amazing out which a few I have already released.
It has helped me find a passion that I never knew I had. 😁
I only use it to make songs. I don't want to ruin my writings creativity by using AI ( no fun in that)
this is clearly an ad
ОтветитьThe problem with Suno is the stems when separating the vocals from the instruments.
The separation is poor — I have version 4.5 and it's still just as bad. For professionals, it's completely useless.
Unfortunately, I won’t be renewing the monthly plan because the stems are still terrible. I don’t understand why they don’t generate vocals and instruments on separate channels. The issue is that they generate everything together, so when it comes time to separate, it sounds awful.
Is there any AI service where I can upload music and have the AI generate lyrics and sing them? I don’t want to create the whole song—just provide the music and get lyrics plus vocals in return.
ОтветитьHow to prompt Exact Key and BPM in Suno ?
ОтветитьJust tried out v4.5 and it is pretty great but yet again, it's just the beta.
ОтветитьBuy it costs money
ОтветитьI’ve been testing out SUNO v4.5 for remastering tracks, and honestly, I’m baffled. The sound quality feels like a huge step backward. Everything sounds flat, lifeless, and over-compressed, as if the soul of the music has been sucked out.
Instruments that were once vibrant and dynamic now feel buried or totally suppressed. The mix is dull and lacks depth, and it seems like the algorithm is trying too hard to "clean up" the track, but ends up butchering the original vibe.
I’ve compared the same tracks remastered with v4 vs. v4.5, and v4 just sounds so much more natural and musical. I don’t know what they were trying to improve here, but it clearly missed the mark.
have wasted 14 mins
ОтветитьIt's a dream how this version reads the tags now !
ОтветитьI tried doing a duet with V3.5 and each song had issues. i asked for male & female voice
as you know you get 2 songs per prompt.
the first one had mumbling but the vibe was the best of the 4.
the second one only used a female voice. vibe was more up beat than i was going for.
the third attempt with lyrical changes for each role, it kept mixing up male & female roles.
the 4th was no better and completely missed the sound vibe i was aiming for.
i have not tried V4.5 and was curious how much better it is.
What's crazy, is that using this tech is making a lot of music I hear on the radio sound AI generated to me.
All AI generated music has an audio version of Uncanny Valley to me, and a lot of newer pop music has that uncanny valley.
You can sign in to Suno in two ways - with your phone number or email address. I was using my phone number and when you type in the phone number, Suno will send you a code by SMS and when you input that code, you get signed in. Of late Suno has stopped sending the code number no matter how much you try. Does anyone know why this happens ?
ОтветитьREADER BEWARE: Wall of text ahead. If you lack the time or interest to read the results of extensive testing from an experienced Suno user then please skip this comment. I wasn't planning on it getting this long when I started but as often happens when I write about something I am really into the muse just takes over and before I know it I'm looking at a wall of text. Its all useful and relevent information so I couldnt cut it down any more than this. So anyone interested in being a serious power user on Suno please bare with me and read on!
I've blown threw a few thousand credits experimenting with 4.5 from the day it went public to now and I can verify it does have significant improvements. But don't expect to get what you want every time on the first try like Moe here is suggesting. You don't really get an accurate picture of how much it has or hasn't improved just from one or two or even a dozen generations. You have to go through many many generations experimenting with prompts you have used and tweaked often and are thus very familiar with.
In the process of constantly tweaking the same or similar prompts over and over, for many different songs you develop prompts that are fine tuned to Suno AI's many quirks and limitations. Seeing how your best old prompts compare between v4 and v4.5 is going to tell you much more than a simple barebones prompt of only a few words will. And then do the same with many very different genres and styles of music to get a really accurate appraisal of how much better, worse or unchanged the new version is from the last. That is what Ive been doing since it dropped.
I could probably write a whole eBook describing everything thats changed, how much it has changed and the areas that havent really changed much and need more work. But if I were to lay it out in bullet points I would probably start with this one. I may add another bullet point later if I have time. Or maybe Ill just write that ebook in Google Docs and just link to that like I did a couple years ago with my Truth About AI Hype eBook (which is still linked in my Profile BTW). So here is the first bullet point of many:
1. It most definitely DOES NOT give you exactly what you prompted everytime on the first try. Even in the video Moe glosses right over the fact that when he tested a simple yet specific prompt telling Suno to use a female voice with vibrato it did give a female voice but there was no vibrato. She didn't even sing in a style which would have made vibrato feasable. The vocal style was short snappy vocals instead of the melismatic (drawn out singing of syllables) style of singing that would give the vocalist something to "vibrato" with. And that was just a single test.
As I already said and cant stress enough, a single test tells us nothing, you must test over and over and over to get a really fair idea of how consistantly accurate 4.5 really is or isn't. And while 4.5 is much more accurate than 4 ever was, it can still be frustrating sometimes when you run into something that Suno just simply refuses to follow the prompts on.
But I would suggest that since the update the chances of it being less to do with the AI and more to do with user error has gone up a bit. So maybe we should give it the benefit of the doubt and look for something in our prompt that may be preventing Suno from following the specific thing we want it to follow.
While it has gotten better at interpreting prompts and leveled up it's ability to create sub-genre or genre fusions that doesn't mean it can seamlessly blend anything you ask it to. You may be trying to get it to combine two mutually exclusive or contradictory style elements that are simply impossible to combine like adding vibrato to extremely short snappy rap vocals with zero melisma for example.
In cases of mutual exclusivity like this It is going to pick one and ignore the other and which one it picks depends a lot on the genre you selected or all your other style prompt tags, song structure, lyric style, how many times you repeated one or more, bold text, symbols used for emphasis, etc. So if everything else points to rap, hardcore or death-punk style then obviously its going to ditch the Vibrato and just go with the more rapid fire vocal style.
This is just one tiny example mind you, there are far too many possibilities of this happening to list them all. Also the option to enhance your pompt with AI can be useful even if you prefer to use your own (as I do) because it may actually give you a better idea of where you may be creating a conflict in your prompt that could be giving SunoAI some trouble. When faced with an impossible choice it may need to choose one tag over another. Or possibly the two conflicting tags just cancel each other out in which case Suno is ignoring not just one but both conflicting style tags.
What I do is I highlight the completed prompt that I want and copy it to the clipboard (I only create on my Desktop PC, I cant deal with the phone and its tiny screen with all the tiny touchcreen buttons and constantly having to resize the screen just see everything) or create the prompt in a text file first and then copy and paste it into the Suno create form. Then I can hit that AI rewrite button to see how Suno would prefer it be written. By comparing Suno's version to my own I can see which of my specific words it chose to ignore completely with no equivelant words to replace them. Those are probably the ones causing conflict. Not always ofcourse, but its a good place to look.
I also will often go ahead and generate the first two versions of each prompt, mine and Suno's and compare the generations to see which prompt did the better job of doing what I wanted. Chances are that if Suno's prompt completely ignored specific things in your prompt that those things will not be generated in the versions based on Suno's incomplete prompt. But they may sound better because instead of getting tripped up over your contradictory tags it had smooth sailing all the way through.
On the other hand, Suno's version of your prompt might actually understand certain sub-genres or tags better than you and thus recognized and eliminated redundancies in your prompt in order to streamline its version.
If that is the case then it's version will likely not be missing whatever element the eliminated tag represented because it is included in one of the others.
However, in those cases the two tags in question aren't likely to have been contradictory so that isn't very helpful from a troubleshooting perspective. And I actually WANT redundancy most of the time in order to add more weight to some tags than others which is why I almost always go with my own custom prompts and not Suno's AI streamlined versions. It may take more generations for my version to produce a decent sounding generation but it is worth it to get something closer to what I have in mind.
awful
ОтветитьSuno v4.5 is weird; poor sound quality, unclear vocals. v4 miles better. Still making my music in v4 after a number of messed up tracks in v4.5. Thanks for the video
ОтветитьI was using riffusion and suno V4 together and coming up with some great songs, 4.5 made me cancel my sub on riffusion.
Ответитьits awful quality on suno, for many of the trys...and they never are able to do the song under 4 minutes, while i have no problem to do that in riffusion or aimusicgen
ОтветитьThanks for this Moe, great tutorial 👌 I'm looking for an ai video generator so I can create videos to go with my suno songs, do you know of a good one? I've tried a few free one's, but they don't seem that good, unless of course it's my inexperience... Cheers 👍
ОтветитьFirst of all , Thank you so much for this video. Sorry for my ignorance, I'm a Spanish speaker , I know how to rap. just 3 question
Could I use Suno in Spanish?
could I use my voice?
If provide a sample instrumental could it kind of copy the style?
Not much of a difference on the voice part as sometimes 4 sounds better than 4.5 but it keeps differing each time and music has got alot way better than 4. The magic happens with the right prompts and if it does not happen we make some minute changes with the prompts and its all about experimenting. To my experience Suno is the BEST. We are sure Suno will come with new features that amazes us. Cheers 🎉
ОтветитьThe problem with Suno is that in 9 out of 10 times the song quality gets gradually worse towards the end. Low bitrate samples, artifacts and that weird bathroom reverb. It sounds like sh*t..
Also... the vocals are somewhat better but the instruments sounds muffled. They sounded way better in v4.
Then again... it's AI. I would NEVER release a track generated by Suno as "my own".
It's great fun to play around with and generate ideas. Nothing more.
