Stuff like this is why people get cancelled, they start to think "I can mess with anyone and I can say anything to my viewers since they don't matter, only I do.". You need to have respect for your fans or you'll sooner or later find out you no longer have any.
As for the disengagement, if you wanted the car to turn there why didn't you put it on the route? You are just blaming the car for your own mistake. The "disengagement" is arbitrary, if the car not doing what you say counts, then tell it to speed up, slow down, stop, only take lefts, etc. You can ding the car 100 times in one drive if you wanted, it's entirely up to you! That is why it's arbitrary and why it shouldn't be counted.

ОтветитьDoes FSD have access to the current time and weekday? I have about 10+ time and weekday restricted turning signs in my area. Without that info FSD will not be able to obey them.
ОтветитьAwesome video. I have to agree that the navigation/mapping is very poor. I constantly have trouble with this in my area. With all of the cars and cameras Tesla has they should really get to those HD maps to eliminate goofy things like trying to make obviously illegal maneuvers.
ОтветитьThe best thing that all other manufacturers in the world can do is abandon their FSD projects and buy Tesla's FSD software. Anything else would be a waste of money. For example, MG did it exactly right, they recognized it early enough and abandoned the FSD project.

ОтветитьI am sure I'm not the only one but I'd still love to see FSD videos from you even in 100% interventionless drives. I am just fascinated with this technology and Tesla is the ONLY company doing it at this scale with the data they possess. Cheers!

ОтветитьCompletely agree with the navigation issues. There are way to many ghostly speed changes (remains from earlier road maintenance) that very annoying when they are not fixed for over a year.

ОтветитьFSD's weakest link is rain, road mist. and 18 wheelers. I've had FSD initiate disengagement and require human intervention because the "vision" was obscured at 60 mph by passing vehicles.

ОтветитьHave been watching you post for a year. I’ve able to have my model y not have issues with 25 mph speed limit. I have following setting in FSD - set the max offset to the a desired % over speed limit - turn off speed limit warning - turn off Obstacle-Aware Acceleration.
ОтветитьThat waymo did it correctly and humans are who don't follow rules. You need to yield as soon as the a human wanting to cross, and it's not cut to lanes, it's the full road. So the waymo had to stop by the rules
