This case is a landmark one that is unlike anything ever seen before in our nations history. Freedom of speech is not only legal, it’s the 1st amendment and the cornerstone to any free country. The individuals who harassed the SH parents should be criminally charged if applicable. But instead, a man exercising his free speech, not harassing or threatening, etc those parents, is arbitrarily held financially responsible for the loss of their children d/t another man’s actions.
