Very similar concept to V-Commandos, which is a great game with just the right amount of abstraction. Great solo game also.

Looks real good and tempting but I need to go on a game buying diet.

It sounds like Commandos - The board game. Read: it sounds great.
Although I wonder why I shouldn't just play the PC games :D

I have the base game and the artwork as well as the components are superb! Would have loved to have purchased the deluxe 'Black Box' version but I missed out on the KS and now it only appears on Noble Knight's website as previously owned and it's very expensive.
