I just bought one today and it vacuumed once and no more. I have just returned a different bonsenkitchen model for exactly the same reason. So I am thinking is it me doing something wrong. I always follow the instructions as well as watch dozens of YT videos. I checked the seals they are clean and secure. Any help would be appreciated.
