Linux Network bonding on VM

Thank you so much man, i just wasted my last 3 hours trying to figure this out. You are my hero and the savior for the day :)

I spent whole day and my network bonding was not working however all configuration was done.
the issue was , I had not write syntax "fail_over_mac=1". after entering this its working fine.
I would like to thanks for this video. moreover I would like inform that this syntax was not advised by anyone, I had only seen in your video. Well, you make my day. Thank You so much !!!

I want to make linux bonding mode 0 as weighted round robin.i.e; to assign weight to each slave depending on packetdrop or latency. Is it possible to do so? Are the configuration files of modes user configurable in linux?
