ОтветитьSo...almost one year ago I started following your advices; since July 2021 I’ve been taking kettlebell sports lesson; I couldn’t hardly do 10/15 snatches per arm with a 12kg...in my latest test, first days of January, I easily did 200 reps in 10 minutes..100 reps in 2x12kg long cycle and 120 reps in 2x12kg jerk...now I am doing the same with the 16kg bells; as you said, I’ve been focusing on my technique in every workout so, thank you !

ОтветитьA question if I may. Is the Long Cycle just associated with two bells or can Long Cycle be done with one Kettlebell, or is it just called the Clean & Jerk?
