I was just thinking about starting a Cyclone build, and I've been debating between pure Cyclone or CoC with some spell... I was leaning towards the latter but now might reconsider more..

Another good option for a weapon enchant if you don't use a Starforge is the "Trigger Level 10 Shock Ground on Hit"
The 15% base shock from it is scaled by more Ailment effect on Affliciton charges so you have a consistent 25-30% base shock on bosses

What are your thought on Vaal Flicker as alternative? The effective damage should be 2700-2800% after the less multiplier.

I played cyclone berserker with staff this league and got to like 25m dps, but i got lucky mageblood. Still it seemed like berserker scales way better with cyclone as you get tons of attakc speed
