Ryder..IF, this team were run heavy, and run say, 40 times + a game, then yes, the Fins Oline is good. Pass blocking, that is a whole other thing, yes? I think it was Chris Perkins (and another media type, maybe Omar Kelly. I know Alain Poupart said he had not watched Brewer closely) who was downplaying Brewer's play. Which I never got. Every player has their good and down games AND, to boot, Brewer, does not have any help to the left and right of him. Would have been super interesting to see IF we had Brewer last year with Hunt at RG and put Connor Williams at LG. That would have an been a solid Oline. Yet, this team can never get everything in place on that OIine past a season.

Playing better compared to what though? Fans say they're one of the worst in the league. Is that true? Undoubtedly so. They did fine against Indy, who's DL is a middling unit with Buckner, but he didn't even play. I'm not ever going to blame a sack on the OL if it's the QB holding onto the ball too long, missing a read, running into someone, etc. but that doesn't mean they're a competent, let alone good, pass-blocking unit. And in terms of the ground-game, they're just fine. They're fairly quick and can move to where they need to go, but they're not strong. We're never running the ball down a defense's throat because it's not in the cards with this OL's abilities (and McDaniel's an idiot).

Again, I just have to ask, they're better compared to what? They're easily, at least, bottom five in the league, and probably more like bottom three. If you made ever OL room in the league completely healthy, how many teams would switch with Miami's if given the opportunity? I think New England may be the only one to do it.

I feel Armstead and Brewer have been solid. AJ is okish. Eichenberg and Jones still need to be replaced. Eichenberg is either on the ground or facing backwards .... it's just so ugh

Miami's 2 biggest problems are...
(1) McDaniel's play-calling
(2) McDaniel's game-management / clock management

I’m not buying what you selling Ryder. You’re not good if you’re going backwards. Tight ends a problem too. Put Rucci in his dad was olineman hope he raised him how to block. Lol

Chris Brooks being an all round back playing smart for the Packers is an indicator of McDaniel's failure to adopt.
