Very steep asking price considering the work that needs to be done and the hassle of the historic review boards. Such a great home though! If I had the money, I'd totally but it. Great video, JC!

I don't want to sound silly or bring the supernatural into this assessment, but there is a history of hauntings/ghosts at this property. While some might be attracted to that type of patina on a home, many would shy away especially given the already daunting reno project. Homes where the family was slain are often hard sells. I think the propery owner will likely lower their price due to this factor along with the reno.
