💓💓💓Oh my God! I have listened to several of Kyle's other downloads. This is by far the best! Everything spoke to me and is helping me with my current situation of feelings of despair and hopelessness and 'why me' and shit shit shit. Thank you Kyle for your allowance to being a channel of hope and understanding and encouragement to surrender to the growth. I have been on and off crying throughout the entire video and plan on watching several times more so I can catch the little things I may have missed as well as 'play along' as I feel the emotions that pop up while listening.

You know what I love about this podcast Amrit is ALL of it🙏🌎Kyle is magnificent and this answers a thingio(just made that up😂🤷‍♂️) I have had a problem with paying for “spirituality “ but it’s not that is it?
You will pay for something else you are holding onto right?🤔

This was absolutely amazing.

Been in Kyle’s AEP for a couple of years and it’s truly life changing!! The only thing I disagree with is that the patterns leave for good. Not in my experience or most people I talk to. This is where I believe parts work/IFS therapy is so crucial. It helps with what you do with the patterns after seeing them and accepting them as they are 🦋

Gods grace reaches us when we want to change. I use scripture verses and that get me in a peaceful space very quickly. No effort on my side but God reaches out to me. My job is to keep His word in my heary. How marvelous is His love ❤️

I wish I could understand. I grew up Christian. I no longer believe it to be true. I have been suicidal. Deep down I want to heal. Christianity says give up your will but if you don't take care of yourself people can destroy you. That's been my experience. 🙄

I always have a problem with Kyle as he speaks from his childhood experience with parents that did this or that to you. Fortunately I have to say it’s not necessarily the truth for us all, I we had parents that are what you speak of who we are now were what I grew up with, so the constant references to experiences of growing up as if we all had the same kind of parents are not true. Just wanted to share that.

i am shocked. i realize i have never even thought that God could have a plan for me. for ME??? and the bizar thing is that my mother had a plan for me, from birth till 30, including all schools, sports, playing the piano studying law and marry a young doctor. and i always fought it. and now suddenly i hear God has always had a plan. how wonderful is that!!!!
