If only I had the money.... This is a stupendous property. The central room is one of the best features that you have shown on the channel. The vaulted arch with the brick and stone accents are fantastic. I agree that additional exposed stone would be a plus. I also would add some color in the bathrooms. But the inside and outdoor spaces are great. Oh, and then there's the cantina. Yes, it never ends. My mind races with the possibilities and how those rooms could be brought to their full potential. This was a wonderful find. Thanks, Nick!!

You will need the heated towelrail on all year in UK the amout of cloud seeding the airlines are doing. Grey cloud covere as the planes fly over dailey. You maynot get a hot summer or it will be super heated as the cloud burns and dodges the heat over from uk to europe.

But just way to dark and I would get depressed...
I need a lot of love and light to create the art that is running around in my heart and soul... If it had more windows... but I think that because it was a stable? The walls were made that thick... but how high are the thick walls?? It would have had to be sealed up for the conversion... perhaps higher windows could be created??
I hope this place is perfect for someone...

Hi Nick, I need clarification on something. When you walked through the arch toward the gate you said the courtyard was owned by the apartment but used as a communal space. Do you mean the courtyard between the arch and the gate which people would use to get to their cars? If not, do you mean the courtyard through the second gate? Why did you laugh when you said the apartment would become part of a condominium? Is that a bad thing?

You said when the apartment is sold it becomes part of a condominium. Does that mean the long path to the grassed area garden becomes communal property as well or does it remain private? What if the new owner builds a pool? Remains private or becomes a communal area?
