ОтветитьGreat review. Very precise. No dragging with nonsense and all information
ОтветитьTo bad it doesnt have tempature on it, otherwise it is a good general purpose meter I also have the fluke 87v max
ОтветитьI have seen you insert the red lead before the black lead.
in the manual it said to insert the COM lead before the live one, and remove it after the live.
Come here for like
ОтветитьRight to the point. Great video
Ответить0.9% accuracy is pretty high considering that the cheaper 15b or 17b has 0.5% accuracy
ОтветитьDoes it beeping when the diode is connected in the forward direction?
ОтветитьThank you for posting. You answered my question in the first 2 ninutes.
Ответитьthere are only 2 Fluke meters the 117 and the 87v... the rest is fluff, or oddly spacifac.
Ответитьfluke can't type that
Ответитьyour on stage i'm in the trenches {{wdtm}}

ОтветитьGreat video! Appreciate the review of the device functionality - super helpful.
ОтветитьThe Volt Alert function with the com wire touching the phasin cable will show that there is a phase? Is it possible to determine which wire is the phase?
ОтветитьNice1 Beat & thank you
ОтветитьMy Asian wife likes your screen name. 😂
ОтветитьWow, this video was amazing for a noob like myself. Thanks dude. Just picked one up for $150 as well.

ОтветитьVideo ❤. But how masermant bandwedth ?
Ответитьwhat a name: BeatTheBush .... 😊
ОтветитьWhere did you get the case for your 117 ? Thanks
ОтветитьThanks for doing a review on the Fluke 117. I like the meter but don't care for the test leads that come with them. They are way too stiff to work with. Do you have a suggestion for better test leads? Thanks
ОтветитьI’m not an electric person so sorry if this is a dumb question… I watched a video to test a part the person put it on 20,000 olm setting and got 1.75. What would this be on this meter? Thought it would let me select with the buttons. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
ОтветитьTop tier video
ОтветитьThese multimeters are no fluke
ОтветитьHelp... I tried out the Voltage Alert feature and keep getting BEEPS on everything, even on my door knob and unplugged lamps. Am I doing something wrong? Help anybody..
ОтветитьPlease put those test leads right in the trash can. They're awful. Get some Fluke TL175 or 175E test leads.
ОтветитьCan i use it in reading 4 - 20mA?
ОтветитьA lot of useful info...Thank you. I just bought the Fluke 117. I guess it comes with probes, but I've heard they are low quality? Do you recommend a brand to buy other high quality wired testers? I'll be doing mostly home repairs. Probably better straight probes, alligator clips sound helpful, a protective case, anything else you can think of? Thank you.
