I have mixed feelings over this video ... and the episode 8 season 2 of ROP ...
First I really hope this is the last ever episode and season of RIP ... I mean ROP ... and that this is the last time I see your "Let's Laugh at RINGS OF POWER" videos ...
But ... I have really enjoyed your "Let's Laugh at RINGS OF POWER" videos ... I will miss them.

When the elves raised their swords there was a young girl who reached for one then realised she didn’t have one.
Tbh I’m not sure if this was a mistake or intentional. That’s how rubbish this show is.

The greatest piece of writing this show could write would be one sentence (both definitions required for my joke to work), "As for The Rings of Power, it's seasons and episodes—there will be no more."

I almost felt asleep while watching the episode but on the edge of my seat while watching your breakdown 😮

That's because Sauron's forces so totally overwhelmed them that they were handily defeated. The ONLY thing the dwarves appearance did was help the survivors escape, that was it. And even the dwarves were defeated by the orcs, unlike what was depicted here.

They didn't have an opportunity to to restore Ost-in-Edhil. Rivendell was formed due to be a more fortified location, which was eventually protected by the ring of Gilgalad held by Elrond.

The show has strayed so far from lore of Tolkien is one thing, but how bad the writing is a whole other issue, it not just one thing either, the dialog, the plot holes, the blantent contradictions in the story from scene to scene, the fake out death scene about character we know live to be in LotR, not to mention where chatacters that should to be dead or at least severely injured from sword wounds to falls from heights are up and jumping around a few minutes later, the shipping of characters for no other reason than just because, to battle scenes that even a small child playing with lego blocks know are impossible, and the list goes on and on. To think this script went through how many hands that approved it is unbelievable. Not to mention the money spent on this trash it is enough to give a stroke to anyone with an IQ above 50. The only enjoyment is the endless roasting of this show.

Thank you Liene for helping me through this trauma. One of the worst legacies of this show is how it has made a whole load of nasty little incel bedroom trolls feel validated for their fetid views about diversity. You have been a light in the dark by light heartedly appreciating this show purely on it's merit. However towards the end of your final episode the darkness came across me as I realised that even you weren't going to be able to resolve this awfulness for me. Could you do a follow up script doctor type show to heal the hurt?

so the wisdom in the first season was that a stone looks down and in this season it is that the opposite of dark is light? I mean - at least its true and makes sense. Is that what people mean when they say the second season is better?

Now I've had time to digest the episode, I wonder (among other things) what effect the ring had for the dwarves. King Durin wasn't really a sweetheart before wearing the ring, right? And how long the dwarves would take to dig those 10 inches of rocks that separated them from the Balrog if they did what naturally they should do, which is... DIG TO FIND RICHES!!! 😂

People are hating on everything nowadays. I enjoy the show and loved the movies

Nothing makes any sense in this bullshit show. I thought mithril was really dangerous to mine with constant earthquakes in first season. Suddenly in second season everyone dig for mithril like there is no tomorrow and not a single small earthquake. The showrunners are so retarded that when I hear someone to praise this monstrosity of a show I want to break everything around me !!!

Only the original orcs were elves once. Morgoth, who is long gone, did that to them and "created" orcs. That happened thousands of years ago. No one's going around turning elves into orcs anymore. Orcs are just orcs now and beget orcs. All the orcs we see in this time period were born or spawned as orcs.

Watched through the videos after seeing the first in my recommended yesterday. The "Galadriel" impresion kills me every time.

I laughted my ass off on how in the previous episode Arondir got slaughted by Adar, but mf shows up in season finale like nothing happened.

The writers of this show had no idea what they're doing.

The way she does these walk throughs and points all this shit out. When i watched it i was like. "This is god aweful!" Then she walks through it pointing out shit i didnt even think of. What a joke this show is.

I stopped watching this show 5 minutes into the first episode of Season 1. Did I hear that there were 2 Durins alive at the same time? The showrunners clearly did not read the books... and Istari in the Second Age? Well techically the Blue Wizards could be there but Saruman, Radagast and Gandalf arrived 1000 years into the Third Age... Great recap :)

The only reason there even is a 2nd season of this disrespectful rubbish is because of people like you, feeding into the rage bait and giving it attention for views.

One thing that could have made the balrog going back to sleep make sense, is if he kept the ring on or put it on and when the Balrog swings it hits the ring and it explodes killing the king but knocking out the balrog. It was right there. It's established that the lesser rings can be destroyed.
