I see none of those and so I'd say there is the fallacy of Dominion on your understanding of Genesis, but no dominion actually exists until the Adam and Eve become self aware after the Fall. Prior to that, the humans are on par with the Animals, which calls into question the Nature of God.... If God found it GREAT that humans were ignorant of RIGHT and WRONG, I don't think I want to call the DIETY my own, nor offer it worship.

Boy... was that a mistake. God giving "man" control over all the Earth. And even "flourishing" was a mistake. All "man" has done is ruin the environment that god (supposedly) provided. We can't even control our own birthrate. Just since the 1970s global population DOUBLED. Fifty years !! From 4 Billion to 8 Billion just this year. Compare that to the thousands of years it took to get to 4 Billion !!!

Why would a perfect God bless or curse his imperfect creations? Do people really believe snakes are cursed. And how about Eve's punishment compared to Adam's? Today we have machines to tame the land, meanwhile women are still suffering and dying during childbirth. Go figure. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

One problem I have with this narrative is the idea of God’s curse only being passive. In that Dr. Mackie emphasis on God allows the consequences of our choices being the only factor in His curse. Well, Tim Mackie makes no provision for God’s active wrath where He punishes and actively eradicates evil (think Pharaoh before the Exodus). Just my uneducated $.02.
