Hmm, so the beta had no shootdodge or bullettime, maybe and definitely bigger bulky enemied? It would be amazing if they did all of that during the final year of development. That could have been the difference between a forgotten shooter and the genre defining one it became

Imagine being in someone's womb for 9+ months have her spend time and get pain give birth to you, and then have her play as the antagonist in a game you starred in...
These actor arrangements is one of the reasons i love Max Payne 1, like Nicole Horne is played by Sam Lake's Mother

Edit: I was today'm years old when I found out Alfred Woden is played by Sam Lake's Father

This game had John Woo action moments from the beginning to the end. Can't wait to see the remake.
