Some say are body holds our spirit, Jeffrey Allen, energy healer, says our body is in our spirit. He’s one of the few energy workers not teaching about this big Ascension event because he says people are only teaching it to make money & he won’t. Though, Samadhi is different than what people are calling this “Ascension event.” I have been trying to reach this state through the lectures of Lester Levenson. I don’t think we lost our spirit...it’s equated with breath. And some can Astral travel or have OBEs at will. I’ve only had 1 on demand. It’s been known that what was called “the subltle body” or “4th dimensional body” has been known as part of the different energy bodies we include. Used by Dr. Joseph Murphy in partial lecture of “God Intoxicated,” and in one of the examples of one of his books (unsure which one) of how his doctorr friend from India, he called Hari, traveled to see his daughter in his 4th D body to Hawaii, where she was a student, but ill in a hospital, some years ago.🎉
