Ricky, I have a LOT of respect for you and the way you run your business, it is similar to my approach. I don't know if you did any research on how Andy has built his current business, or how he made his money before he got in to coaching but it may not be in line with how you approach sales. I did a lot of research on him because I am always a little weary of folks that "come out of nowhere" and claim to have a "100 million" dollar business. There are multiple public record cases on his past business dealing but to summarize: He sold cars off fraudulent loans and he left the dealership that he was a part of- then came back (multiple times) then ratted out all his employers when they all got indicted to avoid jail time.

If you search "big red dealerships andy elliott" and navigate to the Dealer Talk report, all the court documents, news articles, and automotive news articles are there. Bottom line: I am surprised you are OK with associating yourself with someone with such low ethics as Andy. He's not a good guy, and trains folks in the same light. I would do some more research on this guy and disassociate yourself from him. Your reputation is MUCH better than this.

absolutely correct on training I am more stacked than 30 yr olds in office and outproduce all of them while getting post grad education with family etc ...the 'juice' is the mental strength of discipline and strong body
