Tried doing this one myself before you uploaded. Not sure if it was the version of the track mod, but the car is so understeery and the bumps are so unforgiving. Could not figure out a setup to save my life. The extended physics version also could not get through Tabac without bottoming out.

There is a better monaco mod that has way less bumps and is MUCH closer than it is in real life, if you're interested i can reply to my own comment and send the link over!

I think you should have used the 2019 chq monaco version, i know its slower, but you can make the track faster by changing the friction and the damping in the file surfaces.ini that is in the data folder

From my point of view, you put too much grip as default. We can see from the rolls & from the behaviour of the car that is not linear. But good video as always 👍🏻

Monaco_2020 needs a serious update, the track surface is really outdated. Its like driving a real car over PS2 graphics track surface.

You should try the assetto corsa club track mod. I feel like its more realistic and much harder to get a good lap around. After trying this track mod and beating your time I felt like you had this one too easy and can probably improve by a second easily with a bit of grinding.

ive been driving on the same track in AC trying to beat the laptime as well. this track mod is gonna kill me with the bumps and the roll-over because of the kerbs

Im watching ur pole lap vids since this season started and what about doing them in cockpit view for more of an challenge. Maybe monaco would have been a bit more excitin too. Only love my man keep it up

Idk why but when i trie the mods i cant start the car and cant hear anything do u have a solution for that?

I have an honest question as someone new to sim racing, I set up my cockpit view with the fov setup thing, why do so many pros play in this camera mode ? Is it beneficial in some way or just a preference ? Great vid !!
