This workout focuses on building up core strength! Core exercises focus on training the muscles in your abdominals, lower back, glutes, hips, and pelvis! Building a strong core leads to balance and stability and is the foundation for building the strength to be able to complete all other movements e.g. when doing a shoulder press, does your lower back arch when you're pressing overhead? Do your hips collapse to the floor when doing a push-up? If so, this could be due to a weakness in your core and lower back! All of which are focused on in this workout! 🙌 Have fun!! 💪
