To the WNBA officials who find officiating "hard" let me enlighten you; After picking up your dribble, taking more than 1-1/2 steps is "travelling", a violation. Putting your hand under the ball and pausing your dribble before continuing is "palming" and a "double dribble", which is a violation. Changing hands mid-dribble without the ball hitting the floor is also a "double dribble" and a violation. Extending your elbows, leaning into or dropping a shoulder on opposing player while setting a screen is a FOUL. Let's try to clean some of this up, huh?
