I noticed you still had 2 rows of bus seats in the back. Be great if you didn’t toss them out. Two rows of seats either side by side or behind the driver seat at the very least gives people somewhere to sit while driving. It is a bus after all and you’re eventually going to want to take friends with you somewhere. They’re going to need a place to sit other than a bed or couch. Also man….don’t demo the ceiling you will never get it as water/sound tight again if you do. Build over it if you don’t like the look. You don’t want that down to bare metal. Trust me.

I know this video is delayed, but for the heaters, look for shut off valves. I know the international and maybe Blue Bird buses have shut off valves to avoid coolant going to them in the warmer weathers.
