If this house were in England you'd be paying at least £400,000 for it.
ОтветитьOhmigosh Dave, you are annoying AF. You are supercilious and after 10 minutes you still have NOT gotten to the point. I’ve given up. You should stop this inane blubbering. If you were my realtor I’d fire you on the spot. 🤮
ОтветитьMy dad would say to this guy
Tutta na fantasia
Let him buy it
Amazing property and a great walkthrough. Thanks!
ОтветитьWhat's with the bars on the windows and the security gate with cameras at the entrance? Kind of an albatross. Price seams reasonable for the sq. footage but alot of work.
ОтветитьDave, can you show me this one? I’ll be there on the 20th
ОтветитьNo, the entrance into the “new” living room would be much more proper than the second suggestion of making your formal entrance into the kitchen. That’s a bit convoluted.
ОтветитьOne time we stayed in Introd, Val d aosta..where the Pope used to go, in the summer..mountains by France. I think it had like 4 houses in use..but we had a cottage..was very nice..we will walk at night and see the cats..it had a pizzeria well known..ISO which is quality mark
Ответитьlove it! i was wondering if the master bedroom could have a WIR and en-suite on top of the terrace? eg using maybe 1/2 the space? there would still be ample room for a small table and chairs :)
ОтветитьI would love this home. It's a perfect setup for a farm.
ОтветитьI'm a country gal , cities don't interest me , just need one or two to run errands. ❤️😁👍
ОтветитьKeep that kitchen , get rid of the white kitchen , convert that space to living room , I see a fireplace and since there is water there make a nice wet bar (🍸 bar w sink )👍
ОтветитьVan you give me the adress
ОтветитьYou enthusiasm explaining the property make looking at videos through your eyes so real.. This house is a dream.. The price is amazing compared to a house here in Las Vegas NV. USA.. You can't buy a mobile home in a good senior mobile home park for this price.. I love this house and your ideas are great.. Myself I want the other piece of property. I think of what I could grow on it..
ОтветитьToo funny! You'd think the noise timing was planned for your videos!I 've only watched 6 or so now but it's so predictable with bells and cars running by! We retired mire rural in southern california! Town of 2000. At times you can hear a pin drop. Locals and tourists are fishing, hiking etc. Main street is more sctive nights and weekends but tte nature of area promotes calm attitudes!
Ответитьthe painting in the stairway is art. You cannot take it away,.....
ОтветитьIt looks nice. What is the impact of Ndrangheta in this region?
ОтветитьPeople just don't think. we are getting older, you need to buy a house where you are reasonably close to a health facility,
in an emergency location is crucual.
Videos en español?
ОтветитьI enjoyed all of your videos 😊
Ответить🤜🏽🤛🏽
ОтветитьPity we could not visit it....😒
ОтветитьI love small old town and villages. These are about prople and that is most important.
ОтветитьGreetings,
I've watched several of your videos, and I get the whole idea of "Potential" and that could be fine for a younger couple who can invest the sweat equity and what could be involved in hiring "Professionals" to do the heavy lifting/complex work, especially in these remote areas. But let us say you get all past that, but let us be clear about a few things...
1) I don't believe you are a relator licensed in Italy and you are in the business of finding & documenting all these properties, correct?
2) Foreigners (probably most of your audience) need to understand the whole visa & citizenship requirements with Italy, as it isn't simple.
3) Next, I'm just seeing some of these videos now in October 2023 and I would bet every property you may have shown is long gone.
4) I'm not a construction contractor, but I can tell you that some of the suggestions you are off the cuff recommending for changes, are either not doable or the effort needed would be extensive. For example, adding a bathroom here or there requires all the necessary plumbing and in some of these old properties with stone floors and walls you are talking major construction. Fine if you are gutting a property and starting over, but the idea of just dropping a bathroom in "X" location or taking out walls to reconfigure a kitchen will be extremely difficult. I think you need to be careful in your suggestions. There is nothing wrong with painting a picture in broad strokes for pitching "Potential," but I think the best thing you could do, being there local, is to get a firm idea of cost and difficulty for some of your suggestions from a local contractor and pass that along for people to keep in mind what could be involved.
Here in the US, people are used to, for the most part, wood frame construction and the ability to change things without a lot of difficulty. Making major changes to stone buildings, especially if it might be attached to other buildings, could be a huge undertaking and people need to understand this.
Do I think what you are doing is valuable? Yes of course, however, I do not want people to think that making "this change or that change" can be a half dozen sweat equity weekends and they are good. Fresh paint & new appliances are one thing. Adding a bathroom in a century old stone house is quite another.
Cheers!
PS... Dave, if everything is "Stunning," then why would I purchase the 250k Euro house when I can have a 60k Euro house that is equally "Stunning?" ;-)
Do you really think complaining about the hot weather is a good selling point?
ОтветитьIt's a great property. Thanks for sharing ❤
ОтветитьPlease don't ever listen to the moaners!! We want to see the towns - and we want your opinions and ideas!!
ОтветитьI would want to purchase land next door. Plant lots of wild flowers and then raise bees.
ОтветитьStunning ❤
ОтветитьI would keep 2 separate houses, 1 to live, another to rent.
ОтветитьIs it possible to buy land bihind the house like 25 to 30 mts and prize please
I loved the house thanks
This one needs a lot of work, imo, but definitely could be made beautiful.
My question is, is there any way to find out if the planning commission would allow you to make the changes before buying it? I mean, can't a person submit their plans to the commission for approval first or how does that work?
Everything is allready told ... a dream absolute !! Great price ... ❤ my friends here in the Netherlands are sure i'm looking for this kind off propperty's , well they're right but i'm at my own , solo mio and don't forget , even when it's al done and mega beautyful it needs al lot off work also in the boiling heat but when you have all the time off the world SUPER !!! EVERYTHING ABOUT IT ... ❤ The well (?) Is also a big plus !!
ОтветитьI dont undertand the price is with the land? How many sm? If not how much is the lan? This houses are in the south?
ОтветитьI WANT THIS HOUSE AS IS!
ОтветитьYou never mentioned the price or amount of acres of the land next door. AI would prefer the land next door if you could put in an olive grove and build a modern tiny house. I have noticed the homes I have viewed have a lot of wasted space and most have odd lay out of rooms.
ОтветитьYou are the best
ОтветитьWhy dont you put the price first? This is very annoing!!!
ОтветитьWow, those church bells were playing.....
"O Mary! we crown thee with blossoms today,
Queen of the Angels, Queen of the May,
O Mary! we crown thee with blossoms today,
Queen of the Angels, Queen of the May."
I sang this every May in my Catholic grammar school for 8 years for "May Crowning" and a lucky 8th grade girl would get to put a Crown of Flowers on the Statute of Mary in our church. It was such a Big Deal. All parents filming it! What memories you've given me!! Lovely town, great vid! I see the kitchens you show and I want to cook in them! Thank you!

Amazing views...
ОтветитьI had thought 'lack of windows' on all sides of homes, was because the thickness of walls and thee condo style of long blocks of homes all attached together. But this home is free standing, still super thick walls, and why theres not more windows, I dont know.
Im from Chicago. Our
"Chicago Windows" have one Big 8 or 12 foot Picture window for looking out of with 2 side sashes that have screens that open for air.
Im spoiled! I had a great childhood, and a great father who did all trades. Taught me how to tile, fix toilets, etc.
Thank you for showing a Great Home!
Is this still on the market?
ОтветитьMaster and Commander
ОтветитьThe best bells yet!
ОтветитьI like you giving your opinions to!
ОтветитьDave, I think the price is a wee bit high, are they negotiable?
Ответитьar we see same video ??????
ОтветитьAmazing place to share a new dream with someone you love.❤
Ответитьi like your ideas and thankyou for your opionun
