Might be wise to update those goggles to a GI version. I know Uncle Sam's Retail Outlet sells them new for around 30 dollars plus they have the modular sleep systems for 150 brand new in plastic with tags. I noticed your EDC bag is missing a complete change of clothes. It has come in handy for me a couple of times. Extra socks and undergarments are nice as well.

Camping TP. takes up less space.

I think you should label each zip seperately like in your bugout bag and i think you should keep your pancho in a more handy place like front pocket otherwise it was a great pack and i love your bag

good kit looks quite heavy though cant think of much more you need apart from a self defence weapon mabee a city map would be useful

This stuff carries with you every day? 15.2 pounds seems a bit much (ca: 7 kg).

2 improvements flint and steel and some string or paracord.otherwise very good.ps.cant remember if he had paracord.

How heavy does this make your bag? Love the separate compartments. You open it up & nothing falls out.

Just read that the pack weighs 14 lbs. For everything you have in there...not bad. Do you carry that everywhere?

If the need arises to "bugout" you better get a solar panel for all of your electronics that would become useless in about a day or two.

I understand that this video is a couple years old, but still all relevant. I would suggest one change - put your prescription meds in the original bottle with labels. The reason being two fold; your child is still young enough to get into mischief and might discover them, and also a CYA, if ever searched by police for whatever reason you could be charged for having illicit drugs, esp Vicodin. When you get a refill just toss a few in the old bottle. Just my 2¢.

guys and gals....this is more of a purse than a bug out bag....he says it several times. no need for heavy duty medical stuff or other craziness. just stuff that would be helpful thru the day.

I always get made fun of for all the stuff I carry in my backpack (and the fact that I carry my backpack everywhere). Its not even close to everything I want to carry. As someone without a car, its just practical to be prepared.
