I think this will grow old quickly. Soft top camper is a step down from a van IMO. No insulation at all. Seems nice for weekends though.
ОтветитьAntiquated electrical.
ОтветитьOkay, I'll have one!
ОтветитьWe got an Eagle Four-Wheel Camper 3 1/2 years ago. It is a partial shell model that we put on our Nissan Frontier. We have a couch, a heater, solar, fan, and of course, the bed. (A table comes with it that is stored behind the couch back.) We planned to cook and eat outside as we prefer to eat and cook outside. We have a small shelf opposite side of the couch. When it was extremely windy a couple of times, we were able to cook and eat inside. We are serious, long-time meditators, so we enjoy the couch and no shelf side of the camper for that. If you click on the peacock icon, I show some of the small improvements we made to the camper.
ОтветитьNot to be rude but as a physician I couldn't help but notice your left arm seems somewhat effected. TIA? I like the camper too
ОтветитьSounds like Korean lady..great
ОтветитьToo much like roughing it for me. Might as well have a tent.
Ответитьcan you cut a hole for a passthrough between the truck and the camper?
ОтветитьAww he looks so comfortable and warn in that bed 🛌
ОтветитьHow do u guys address the shower/bathroom issue?
ОтветитьI thought you just bought a storyteller?
ОтветитьWonder why the back of the camper is curved down be the bottom
ОтветитьThat little door would have my head every time.
ОтветитьI think that the pop up camper will suit you both definitely. About the coffee making, I use the Areopress coffee maker and the ceramic coffee grinder. I use their filters but now use stainless steel filters. You might just love it ,try it out Just boil some water . Thanks
ОтветитьLove the pop up campers. Why do they not have a full size door like pop up trailers. That would make so much more sense.
ОтветитьThe outside shower doesn',t work for me. Those steps are NOT "enough"; they aten't suportive enough--- To me, those steps are an accident waiting to happen---- 😳🙃👣
ОтветитьLOL - Coffee - Coffee - Coffee - Lets see some cooking action!!! Cast Iron pot, olive oil, fresh garlic, a touch of onion - Fresh ravioli - Sea Salt - A touch of Wine - C-mon guys
Ответитьso, WHERE were you camping?
ОтветитьI think I’ll have my coffee.....
😁
Nice setup! Which brand and model is the flatbed?
ОтветитьSassy little thing, ain't she?! Im gonna make some coffee he says...She replies.."Of course you are."
ОтветитьLooks like a nice camper. Those stairs take a lot of space that isn't always available.
ОтветитьI love the pop top roof since is it so practical - best solution for low vehicle while driving and best solution when parking. My only very important question to Joe and Kate: Does the pop Top roof still allows to use the campervan in winter?
I know the pop top roof is not very good on insulating the top of the vehicle, but does the vehicle still remains hot in cold nights on the mountains? Is it waterproof? Are there better insulating pop top roof in the market? that can fit a winter in Arizona for example (when it is above freezing point)?
Again, many thanks for the time taken to answer the questions. Maybe Joe can make a video on the cons and pros of pop top and consider the issue of insulation and possible condensation - very important issue for concern many people who are doing the transition into vanlife.
Thanks in advance, Jonathan (England)
Looks like there’s a bit of extra room on the bed. Why not get a slightly longer camper unit?
ОтветитьTalks about a cougar killing deer then, "alright I am going inside to finish my coffee" hope you are ok out here alone with my pet kitty.
ОтветитьFun fact, in Ca it is illegal to defend yourself from a wild animal or resist in any way if they attack and eat you.
ОтветитьI like the chemistry between you two guys ✌
ОтветитьHello We are the Russos ! I love your truck and the camper sit on it. This is my plan to have it before I get retired so I can travel around with it. I have a question about it : How much the camper cost ? My truck will be the same your Ramp 2500. And how height of it when it extend out and fold down ??? Thank you very much and have a wonderful time.
ОтветитьCould not do it! I get it, it’s an overlander.
I feel there is wasted space at the rear they didn’t utilize enough or is it poor design? That could easily hold 50 gallons of water in that area. The night off ground much safer in regards to Bears. Great width ! Will you be using a diesel heater ? How about A/C ? Propane will cause condensation! Anyway looking forward to your new adventures and you’ll figure it out lol
Did 4wc let you rent the truck and camper or do you own them?
ОтветитьThis is a nice video, enjoyed camping adventure.
ОтветитьLove your channel! You guys are such a cute couple!❤️
ОтветитьNice video you guys, thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьWhere were you during this ?? You probably mentioned it and I don’t remember it thanks
ОтветитьSo.. you mean the camper can be easily stationed and detached, so the truck can be used separately?
ОтветитьWTR, Somehow I missed this RAM P/up which has the same unit which you own. I guess that was the shakedown trip. Before you decided. , cheers 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
ОтветитьWhy have a crew cab when you have no crew.. and only half a camper as a result
ОтветитьWhat are your thoughts or your viewers: I’ve been really afraid of pop-ups of any sort living in the Pacific Northwest (Vancouver BC, rain capital of Canada) and fully expect to do most of my travelling in this region.
In dry weather, great, but if it gets wet, I don’t really have anywhere to leave it open and dry out the fabric. I realize it’s different fabric on one of those, than in the old days but still...is there a way to dry it?
I saw a video of a guy who had the same line of camper, but with a rear door entry. What I thought was cool was that in a pinch he didn’t have to pop up the top and he could still do what he needed to with sitting On the Seats or crouching. A lot of us are doing that already whether it’s in minivans, compact cargo vans or low top cargo vans. I’d rather be doing in Nice interior like a closed up camper!
Any thoughts on whether this one would be practical if the pop-up was left down?
Nice but i don’t like the short entry door, toilet in open, not fond of mildew found on wet canvas if not allowed to dry out. I like the travato with the Volta system.
Ответитьevery episode: coffee
ОтветитьEverything has a little bit of a trade off it’s what you’re comfortable with overall in the end. 👊👍😎
ОтветитьAre you Jeff bezos
ОтветитьIs this camper good for hoomans in chilling cold?
ОтветитьWhere I can buy that popup part
ОтветитьYall get on my nerves with subliminal
ОтветитьHi
Puerto Rico congrate you!
I love It Nice
I must say, your video productions have really improved. I enjoy watching your videos. We learned a lot from you both. My friends and I are now considering buying truck (diesel) pop-top campers because of the main thing: Space to walk by each other. My neighbor asked is their space to add a slide out table in the back, under the camper body? Or does the camper body be a must sit on the floor, is there a matt in between?
Ответитьvery good your videos. I'm building a camper and the information is very important.
