Selection biasness can be seen in consumer behaviour. Where buyers willing to purchased old pollutior car due to insurance. Mujhe lagta hai ki beggary ko criminalize karna samajik aur arthik drishti se sahi nahi hai, kyunki yeh ek socio-economic problem hai, jo gareebi, berozgaari, aur samajik asamanta jaise bade issues se judi hoti hai. Jab hum beggars ko criminal bana dete hain, toh hum unhein aur zyada pareshani mein daalte hain. Unka already majboori aur durst sthiti hoti hai, aur criminalize karne se unka jeevan aur bhi mushkil ho jata hai, jaise Delhi mein "beggar-free" city banane ki koshish ke dauran dekha gaya.

Iske bajaye, beggary ko socio-economic problem ke roop mein dekhna chahiye, jahan hum uske mool karanon ko samjhe. Medical care, education, aur skill training jaise constructive solutions unhe sudharne mein madadgar ho sakte hain. SMILE scheme ek acchi misaal hai, jo beggars ko rehabilitate karne ka prayas kar rahi hai. Isliye, beggary ko criminalize karne se behtar hai ki isse inclusive aur constructive tareeke se address kiya jaye.

So must important is implementation of schemes like smile scheme in a proper way
Motivate beggars to work and try to influence them emotionally with help of NGOs
Provide them adequate opportunity after implanting skills in them
