Looks awesome but there's one major flaw (in my opinion). It looks like the only way to go from the downstairs to the upstairs bedroom is by going outside?

Looks like a an entertaining property. However there’s no where for guests to sleep over. A nice 1 bedroom with outdoor accommodations for a 100 people.
