Well I started on 15 July, now it's 3 September and I am way slimmer my clothes are fitting better. I don’t weigh myself cause that doesn't encourage me, cause sometimes in your head you lose more weight than the scale is showing😅But these workouts really really work. I am eating healthier cause I was eating healthy but consuming too many unhealthy snacks. Am motivated, I wake up earlier and work out before work. I feel fit and so happy that I can do these exercises everywhere from my mobile. These workouts from Adrian don't make empty promises. 👌🏾💪🏾

ОтветитьI'm 19 in two n half weeks, I've been dealing with cholesterol issues and weight loss issues due to thyroid medication and other personal issues, this has given me the inspiration to do try my best to beat the negative aspects off my body and I will be definitely be trying these out

When I was 265. My original goal was 180. I pushed hard and got past 180 to 172 but went up some. My new goal is to lose 38lbs I did 85lbs and I can do it again. I got this thanks to your videos they always help.

ОтветитьDude, I use to watch you about 14 years ago, glad you're still around. I lost you when I changed to a newer channel years ago. However, glad that I found you again, since I am once again trying to lose weight. I'm definitely going to start doing these during my lunch break at work, since I am going to start working 14 hours days, no excuses here, just train and work, and summer 2025 I'll be slim and 2026 I'll be in shape once again.

ОтветитьI have annoyingly big love handles and i have to wear formal shirt for the wedding in 4 days that i have to attend which makes my love handles and chest look even better, can i rely on this workout with calorie deficit
