Nice deer great shot!! I have killed several in February. Living in Arkansas. Bow only not rifle. Doesnt Alabama rifle goes up in February? I bought new Browning rifle and Leupold scope. Didn't get to use it. Had to have surgery.

Congratulations Mrs. Sandy! They gave us those two days the area I hunt in Louisiana. It was primitive weapon and our bow season in some areas goes to the 15th of February. I took a doe on the last day ! That was my first February deer ! Been hunting for 59 years. !

Lower alabama we can hunt through February 10th.. Deer are still in rut then... I killed one last year February 10 chasing a doe out of a bedding area

Great buck in anyone's woods. Congrats Sandy. Been huntin and killin deer since 1956 and have never shot a deer over 125yds in all that time. Just saying, "that was a fine shot" is just not good enough. That was a hulluva shot, don't care who you are.

The first time one of the bucks I’d shoot daylighted February 8th. Middle of the day. Very odd but my camera showed him eating at 1:16pm. He lives another season. Can’t wait to see if he adds anything next year.
