I'd stay away from the place that gave you the "child size" lobster and a table spoon of blackbeans.

Interesting bit of trivia: Singapore noodles were invented in Hong Kong and are served in Cantonese restaurants around the world, but it is not Singaporean and almost unknown of in Singapore. I didn't know that until I went to Singapore! Tasty though whatever the name.

I have to say "Mongolian chicken" is new . . . I have only ever seen the beef version on menus. Also not Mongolian 😆

Okay, I got it now. Danny is Beef Chow Fun. Steve is Singapore vermicelli noodle, but I prefer it with hor fun. Tung is chicken feet. And I like all three's.

Singapore noodles is like a strange standalone noodle dish. There’s no other Asian dish that uses those noodles and dry curry powder

You just need a asian buffet that serves lobster and home made noodles, and you could eat everything in one place, for probably less than 50 or 60 per person! Maybe they would call it buffet of Asia!

Is the Mongolian chicken dish sweet? I don't think chicken or beef should be sweet. Unless it is breaded.

Thanks for the great recommendation. Went here tonight on your suggestion. Had the deluxe fried rice, fried calamari,honey char sui pork, and the xo shrimp udon. The flavors were amazing! The shrimp udon was too spicy for me, but everything else was great. The calamari was cooked great and so tender and fresh. I will definitely go back there. The service is also very good. Keep em coming, I love to try new places
