some of the crap comments don't really know what the elements and practices of tkd is. what was often shown in the vid is called kyukpa or breaking. its like an exhibition of some sort. theres also poomsae or forms, sparring drills and even self defense. tkd teaches effective kicking, proper execution and landing, blockings, and achieving discipline and inner peace. but id admit punches arent much given attention in the art. just a little bit of this and that. but its just so proper to just respect Taekwondo like any other martial arts in their way.
