High Absorption Magnesium by Doctor's Best - 100% Chelated

I have tried all types of Magnesium and always come back to Doctors Best Magnesium. 2 tablets a day works well for me, one AM and one before bed absolutely fantastic;).

I use that product. It works well and is well-tolerated. I find the pill difficult to swallow, so I chew it into little pieces. It doesn't taste great, but it's tolerable.

I have been getting Charlie horse cramps in legs and feet. Hoping Doctors Best will help with this.

This is horrible, don’t take it. It’s has fillers ( magnesium stearate). This filler 👉🏽 magnesium stearate forms a coating around the active ingredients in capsules and tablets, this is potentially slow down the digestive enzymes, it can raise your cholesterol levels. Look it up

My magnesium low are very low and help please....what brand.....

i have been using this magnesium for a few years i noticed the color smell and taste has changed in my recent purchase, i then dug around the internet and came to realize a company in china has purchased this brand so i assume the formula one way or another has been changed, is there any cause for concern for taking this supplement if a company from china has purchased it?

Too bad it's not in capsule form. The pills are so big that I have to dissolve them in water for several hours in order to swallow them.

Is it dangerous to pulverize it in a pill crusher? Will it affect greatly the components and their potency or will it release the components in my body too fast or create stomach pain?

I thought about getting it from California Gold Nutrition. Is it better than Doctor’s best?
