ОтветитьWish I’d seen this before ruining my beef ribs in the oven at high heat. Slow and steady cooking is best for a tough meat like this.
ОтветитьNo! It has to be on 3 hours high or low 7 hours. 7 hours on high is what makes the meat too done and tough.
