I've been played it for more than a week now since the launch day. And even though I am living in the US, it is great that I play this game with no lag. Here is my gameplay.

90% percent of the gameplay is about farm your items by doing the 5-player dungeon runs like what WOW's dungeon plays.
You only have limited times to challenge the certain level dungeons. And the dungeons start to get pretty hard when you reach the 3rd floor. It usually took my team 2-3 hours to clear the 5 runs where it drops the best equipment.

In order to proceed to the next floor, the game needs the players to clear their storyline quests (it's super easy, but requires two days) and then do daily quests for "investigating the final maze". This is a server-wide quest and it will take you days. In my server, we start the second-floor server quest on the third day from the launch, and it took us 2 days to finish it. But now we at the third floor and the quest has started for 3 days, the progress is still 42%. I heard the most crowded server is at 70%.
After the players finish the server quest, the boss fight would be a 10 player boss fight and it's difficult, and even more difficult because many young today people don't have experience of such MMO mode. But once one team out of many clear the fight. All players from the server will be able to proceed to the next floor.

The game is still a work in progress. It has a lot of problems. And people are pretty negative about the game because they think the quality is bad due to the first impression of lower quality 3d characters, lack of actions, connection problems(it is not stable on certain devices now,. My iPhone 10, iPad, and PC emulator work perfect though), and the low-class auto-play mode. But I can see the developers are working very very hard to fix things.

This game is not a free-world RPG game. It's not Genshin-level astonishing. However, even almost a decade after the SAO anime, who can walk away from the chance of clearing Aincrad?
