Very impressive 👏👌👍
ОтветитьEnjoyed your work
ОтветитьWhat will you make with your loom?
ОтветитьGreat craftsmanship
ОтветитьThank you for the very clear instructions... yesterday I went with cardboard templates to a carpenter and we cut out, planed and sanded the outer frame and Heddle holder and screwed the frame together...I will create the Heddle with popsicle sticks across thin flat lengths of wood and finish the other pieces with the tools I have... especially love your alternative sprocket instead of the 2 rachet and pawls for tension...I am combining 2 different tutorials to put my Ashford loom together and will use your sprocket idea because ready made rachet and pawls are hard to find here in Kenya....thank you so much... your work is amazing!!!
Ответитьcan you post the dimensions for the base of the loom?
ОтветитьCrankyCrabWorkshop on Etsy sells a set of ratchets and pawls for about $12 a pair. I bought some and they are well made. I thought of doing a variation of your method, but ultimately decided $12 wasn’t too bad.
ОтветитьGreat videos, thank you so much
