ОтветитьWhat’s the sheet you use for the oven? Looking for alternative for aluminium foil . And also what is the best pan to use?
ОтветитьEverything in moderation. Meat has good fats that the brain needs, the brain is 60% fat. Many vegan/vegetarians suffer from depression and other mental health issues. Google it!
ОтветитьAdd a ginger equal amount of garlic and cumin seeds one teaspoon, which is healthy to digest this lentils without bloating issues.
ОтветитьLooks good but fails to mention it's an Indian recipe. This is an example of how Indian inspired things are renamed as something white foreigners came up with. If that's not enough, they may go on to say that our recipes among other things have their origins some place else outside of India in the distant past. I guess we all have to wait for that great day when God will reveal all truths to know the truth. But Indians must pay careful attention to how foreigners, especially white foreigners, constantly undermine Indians and their achievements. White Foreigner's impression about Indian accomplishments, food and culture is that they started somewhere else other than from India and Indians. Indians in other parts of the world do have achievements not recognized by anyone. As everyone thinks very low of Indians no matter where they dwell. But non Indians, especially white ones, enjoy plagiarizing the accomplishments of Indians as their own because they know no one speaks up to defend the Indians being taken advantage of. Not even Indians themselves.
ОтветитьWhat’s the blender / mixer you used
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьAre the lentils coocked or raw?
ОтветитьThat's some variant of classic "parippuvada"
ОтветитьWe bihari indians calls it "kachdi" and make it on regular basis
ОтветитьI made lentil tortillas yesterday and they blew my mind. When you soak them, they sponge up, and when you let them rest after blending, it settles into a soft creme and you don't need oil to toast the tortillas on a pan because they are like seeds, they just toast and naturally peel off the hot surface. It changed the game for me. I also realized you can make bread from lentils, and now I've found burgers. I've been mostly vegetarian for 5 years now but this is definitely going to change my life for the better. Exciting times!
ОтветитьPakistani made first boil then add garlic with oil spread green etc on it!
ОтветитьGenuine question, ma'am. What kind of special edition Tomatoes so you have to have such RED TOMATO PASTE? Just a question, no offense.
ОтветитьOkay, lentil is healthy. What about the grease you fried them in?
ОтветитьExactly what I was searching for! RESPECT🫡

ОтветитьThis is like the parippuvada in Kerala... slight differences in ingredients and the dal... food all over d world are almost similar....❤❤...and happy to know from the comments that red lentils r rich in protein and fibre.. some ppl think only toor dal is d only best...of course its my favourite...but d red lentil is creamy and easy to cook ...no need of a pressure cooker ...
ОтветитьI don’t know if I’m genetically broken and have an absorption problem or if I’m not supplementing correctly (B12 & complex, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin D, non-heme iron), but after about 6 months of eating no meat, I end up feeling weak and lethargic. I’ll usually break by that point and either eat some salmon or a single steak, then I’ll feel better and go back to being plant based.
I want to be fully plant based, but it seems like I am either doing something wrong - not combining the right foods for maximum absorption, supplementing too little or too much - or I have some kind of deficiency in how my body absorbs certain nutrients from plants. No idea, but I hate that I end up having to eat meat a few times a year to feel “better.”
Isn’t that a toxic pan your using
ОтветитьГотовила такие, действительно очень вкусно! Спасибо!
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьIndian dish (masal vade)
