Roach might know economics. He does not know the drug trade, so he should shut up. And the fact that he calls Canada "sovereign" shows his lack of understanding of politics. Then again, as a Yale asset, I expect him to tell lies.

Are "tariffs" President Trumps tool to "reengagement" referenced by Roach? Trump has said, "America is no longer taken seriously." Are tariffs the most direct line from point A to point B to be taken seriously? Without a doubt, tariffs raise prices for goods coming into the United States. To that end, is the goal to collect dollars coming into the US override perhaps the #1 goal of allowing US goods to be sold in other countries without tariffs hence improving our GDP? For a long time I've noticed no US made cars car present in Europe, China, Japan or other major economies. Ideally, constructive thoughts only please?
