ОтветитьJack Dempsey was fuckin STEALIN ON THESE NIGGAS CUH
ОтветитьIn Ihrer Zeit war besser Kampfer
ОтветитьYou could just see his opponents trying to get away, truly a destroyer, arguably the most vicious heavyweight ever.
ОтветитьBRUTE FORCE. E =MC²
ОтветитьUn animale feroce...
ОтветитьI am a real Dempsey fan ever since I was about 7 and my dad told me about him, so in May 2022 I went to Southampton , cemetery Long Island and paid tribute at his grave, by the way Gary Coopers grave was just around the corner with his wife.
ОтветитьThere is something different about a man who grew up fighting just to eat every day. That breeds a different type of person.
ОтветитьJack Dempsey was my Grandfather’s favorite fighter, he was six years old when Dempsey won the title,Dempsey was one of the toughest guys ever👍🇺🇸💪🏻
ОтветитьThis guy was my idol and the person who got me to start training I loved how he was the og giant killer and how he also got bullied growing up rest In peace champ
ОтветитьI'm sonny Liston I'm jack Dempsey I'm from their cloth
Ответитьthat left hook at :37, total destruction.
ОтветитьDempsey was possessed of ancient & fearsome Irish Gallowglass fighting genes! In his prime he was the most ferocious heavyweight fighter to ever step in the ring, a savage & devastating face smasher of unparalleled ring brutality, the Jack Dempsey of 1918-1921 would have flattened Gene Tunney in less than 5 rounds (as opposed to losing to the technically skilled Irishman 5 years later, as by that point Dempsey had lost much of his animalistic edge, ravenous hunger & primal viciousness!).
And to those who say that Harry Greb would have beaten Dempsey I say only in your wildest imaginings would a Dempsey during his prime, peak years allow Greb to go more than 4 rounds with him before unleashing a series of destructive body shots that would greatly damage & cripple the otherwise formidable yet smaller & less fierce Greb, face caved in by a far more powerful & viscerally inspired Dempsey.
Dempsey was virtually unstoppable back in the early 1920s, the greatest & most awesomely unrelenting ring machine that the human race ever yielded up (Irish & Scottish Gallowglass genes fully activated!).
I actually just found out in related to this man, ive a lot of learning to do and im excited to do so 🙌🙌. Learning hes one of Mike Tyson's Idol is very exciting
ОтветитьJD was one of Mike Tyson's heros. JD and Muhammed Ali were friends up until JD's death in 83'.
ОтветитьI believe it was Mike Tyson who claimed he looked up the most to Jack Dempsey. I believe I heard him say he tried to model his style after Jack Dempsey’s fighting style.
ОтветитьRead "A Flame of Pure Fire- Jack Dempsey and the Roaring 20's" by Roger Kahn. Great book. Get an idea of what made Dempsey one of the all time great heavyweights.
ОтветитьMy grandpa was one of his sparring partners.
ОтветитьIs this the noise nogs hear in their heads when they go on a flash mob mall robbery?
Ответить"I wasn't going to fight—I dedicate this fight to him. I was gonna rip his heart out, I'm the best ever. I'm the most brutal and vicious and most ruthless champion there's ever been, there's no one can stop me. Lennox is a conqueror? No, I'm Alexander—he's no Alexander. I'm the best ever. There's never been anybody as ruthless. I'm Sonny Liston, I'm Jack Dempsey, there's no one like—I'm from their cloth. There's no one that can match me. My style is impetuous, my defense is impregnable, and I'm just ferocious. I want your heart, I want to eat his children. Praise be to Allah."
~you know who
This guy was not just a boxer this guy was a fighter. Something he got on the streets and not just in the gym.
ОтветитьDempsey could of killed Willard in that fight. That was a brutal beating.
ОтветитьI'll be damn.
ОтветитьHanzagod I must say your doing a excellent job of these boxing history archives and history lessons I've watched all my childhood heroes from Robinson to ezzard , Walcot dempsey the whole thing you have it's fantastic
ОтветитьPor algo es el ídolo de Mike Tyson
ОтветитьThe great great Granddaughter of Jack Dempsey is an Aboriginal girl name Sahara Dempsey from Townsville Australia and is the current under 19s champion in her division, training to be world champ! 🖤💛❤️💪🏽
ОтветитьMy Great Grandfather was a big Dempsey fan, when Dempsey was knocked through the ropes against Luis Firpo Pop was right there making his way to help the champ back in the ring.
ОтветитьNever missed a chance to mix in a couple of elbows
ОтветитьWhat a great fighter, also do anybody know this tune?
ОтветитьGene Tunneys face long count no ?
ОтветитьHe apparently didnt want to fight the great Sam Langford though
ОтветитьSetelah gua putar berulang vidio ini, gua rasa kalau jack demsey di jaman sekarang, tyson furry bisa aja di buat ko cepat 😂
ОтветитьRay Arcel thought Dempsey was the best Heavyweight ever.
ОтветитьHad Tunney fought Dempsey in his prime, it would not have gone past 4 rounds
ОтветитьAnd yet Dempsey refused to fight Harry Greb who was half his size. Greb sent Tunney to the hospital, and would have done the same with Dempsey.
Ответить111❤
ОтветитьThe punisher!!!
ОтветитьI have an autographed menu from his restaurant. He signed it to Ray, best wishes. My grandfather passed it on to me before passing! Loved both those men.
ОтветитьJD threw his whole body into each shot and plenty of punches. How else could he get away with that open stance with no guard?
ОтветитьMusic?
ОтветитьJack Dempsey🐐🖤👊🔥
ОтветитьI miss watching his highlights in high school cafeteria😔
ОтветитьWas watching boardwalk empire apparently he was a draft dodger
ОтветитьI live 20 minutes away from Dempsey birthplace! My grandpa was born in 1874 in the San Luis valley (mogote Colorado20 minutes away also !) perhaps my grandfather crossed paths with Jack at sometime.
ОтветитьIs Jack Dempsey the most technical fighter ever?
