Why are we throwing 50/50 balls anyways? I don't see KC, DETROIT, RAVENS , BILLS throwing 50/50 balls 6-7 times a game . Herbert panicks or see 1 on 1 on the outside n just throws it every time not even waiting for the play develop to make a better, smarter n successful pass..

As much as I am a Bolt fan (Since 78) I don't trust them. They have proven nothing during Herbert's helm as QB1. Falcons are an ave team just like we are so I factor in the short week and playing at 10AM pacific and not the normal 1pm. I shade toward a Falcon victory

Blaming the defense for this loss is making me feel crazy. Defense kept this a one score game with 10 minutes in the 4th until QJ lost us the game. Wide open basic ass pass that coulda been a touchdown! Can’t place that ball any better unless it was handed off!

If you told me Henry would have 140 yards and we would be driving to tie in the 4th quarter with 10 minutes left I would take that every day!!!!! It was a winnable game which is why it’s so frustrating.

Chargers got nothing to lose just play Harbaugh football! Players that can't step up send them back to practice squad. This is NFL ain't college football you won't get three four five chances.

Q was not the only one dropping balls. Offense was not in sync. & Henry dragging 3-4 defenders for 6-7 yards. We just need to get better EVERYWHERE...

The excuses of about the run game defense don’t wash. You start by saying they won’t face Henry again but then expand to Cincinnati and the Cardinals. That’s 3 teams on a weak schedule. It’s an issue. One can no longer say “they don’t make the schedule” when confronting doubters. They don’t, but they also don’t beat good teams when that weak schedule gets a little stronger. They’re a slightly better than average team with lower than average talent that’s coached up well. I get you can’t admit that, but It’s ok for fans to admit it and not build up too much unrealistic hope. Have some fun with it cuz they’re playing with house money at this point. They’re in a rebuild year after the “all in” Staley flop. Maybe they can get hot and lucky(it’ll require both) and win a playoff game but this is a limited team with an excellent qb with limited potential

This game put the Chargers' team under the microscope. All the weaknesses we thought we had are precisely correct. They have a weak receiving corps, need extra defensive help, and have a weak interior offensive line. They are a slightly below-average team that looks better than they are due to great coaching. We may not say it publically, but we all know that Q isn't the answer. Do you want him trying to make the winning catch in the Super Bowl? No way. Could never trust him in such an instance. Consider this, Ladd catches almost everything as a second-round pick, Q is a first-round pick and still can't catch with his hands, just his body. And that was the slam against him during the draft process. I realize that now we're screwed because we have no one else because we failed to try and get anyone before the trade deadline. And I'm beginning to wonder if Chark even exists other than on paper! I think we'll all be happier if we realize that our expectations were too high this year. This is just an average team at best with great coaching. by the next two seasons, we may be that elite team that can compete with the best. We need to be happy with the fact that we're rebuilding this year, and even if we dont make the playoffs this year, we've still had a good year and learned a lot. I'm making a guess here, but I bet if we tried to trade Q, no one would trade with us. Everyone is so afraid to say the reality of what Q is, but we're striving for elite status, Q isn't it. And to think we drafted Q instead of Flowers. Wow what a mistake!

I don't think they will pay no 30 mil for a wr. They do need a true 50/50 guy or a true #1 lad is not any of those. I think they will find one. I do think they could have done better moves than they did.
